These terms cover michigansalt.com and the MichiganSalt order and invoicing system, including its connection to QuickBooks Online (together, "the Service").

Who can use it

Anyone can browse the site and request a quote or order. The QuickBooks connection in the Service is a private tool used only by MichiganSalt to invoice its own customers. It is not offered to other businesses, and no outside QuickBooks company can connect to it.

Orders and payment

• Placing an order on michigansalt.com is a request to buy. We confirm it by sending an invoice by email. Invoices come from Augusta Lawn Care Services of Hudsonville, which handles MichiganSalt billing.
• You can pay the invoice online on the secure QuickBooks payment page, or by ACH, check, or wire.
• We do not schedule delivery or release salt until your payment has cleared.
• Prices and delivery charges are shown on your invoice.

Your information

We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. MichiganSalt is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit. Online payments are processed by Intuit under Intuit's own terms.

No warranty

The website and Service are provided "as is." We work to keep them accurate and available, but we do not promise they will be error free or always online. If an invoice is wrong, contact us and we will fix it.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, MichiganSalt is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the website or Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
